RKCR/Y&R caps successful year with Ten awards at Cannes Lions

July 1, 2010 - PRLog -- RKCR/Y&R scooped a Gold Film Craft Lion for its 60” trail promoting the BBC’s coverage of the Winter Olympics, which launched across the BBC on 29 January 2010.  The agency also picked up six silvers and three bronze across press, outdoor and film, including one cyberlion for its digital arm Saint.  

This marks a successful year for the agency, who are the only UK agency in existence to receive a BAFTA and this year were awarded their second for BBC Winter Olympics. RKCR/Y&R was also the most nominated agency worldwide at the recent D&AD awards, and the most awarded UK agency, picking up two Yellow Pencils for its creative on Virgin Media’s ‘Fantastic Journey’ and ‘Breathe’ for CLG.  The agency has also received nine Creative Circle awards and eight Clio’s.
