Hellraiser's Pinhead For Scary Costume Ideas

If you remember Hellraiser was based on a book called the  Hellbound Heart written by Clive Barker.  Clive directed the movie too.  A puzzle box starts all the trouble.  Frank Cotton finds a mysterious puzzle box in Morocco and buys it.  When he figures out how to open it hooks come out of the box and kill Frank.  Then creatures called Cenobites come and all Hell breaks loose.  Ergo the name Hellraiser.  Pinhead was one of the Cenobites who wrecks havoc on the unsuspecting humans. Other Cenobites include Butterball and Chatterer.  There was also a female who is credited as female Cenobite. Hellraiser was the first of seven movies.

Pinhead's mask in the movie was made with six inch nails so they would be seen and the mask you get is pretty close...of course, there are not real nails in it.  But it gets the look across.
