Crisher Entertainment promotes Carol Clarke to Senior Vice President.

July 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Carol Clarke has been my left and right arm and continues to be my most valuable member and dedicated colleague at CE. I would like to explain why Carol Clarke has been promoted.

In the last 5 years working with Carol Clarke, I have learned that she is a hard working, conscientious, and forward thinking employee with the ability to adapt to ever-changing business circumstances. Carol is a lead contributor on my team. She consistently makes the extra effort to ensure projects are completed on time and customers and networks are treated as family. Furthermore, she regularly assumes responsibility for all our key projects and sees them to completion with very limited guidance.

Carol exemplifies flawless character and is a trustworthy, reliable gem and Crisher Entertainment is proud to announce her promotion to Senior Vice President.

As the Senior Vice President, Carol will oversee and manage the following:
-The Business Affairs Department which takes care of label finances; bookkeeping and payroll.
-The Legal Department which handles all contractual issues and other legal responsibilities.
-The A&R (Artists and Repertoire) Department who locates and signs new talent.
-The Art Department who supervises all product design jobs, (CD, Tape, Vinyl cover art etc), trade and consumer press advertising, retail sales posters and flats, and other needs of the print media.
-The Marketing & Publicity Team who is responsible for creating the overall marketing plan for every record we release as well as arranging feature stories and interviews as well as the broadcast opportunities for such coverage on radio stations and television.
-The Artist Development Crew who oversees the career planning of artists signed to the label.Coordinating a consistent marketing and promotion presence for an artist throughout their career with the record label.
-Sales Managers who oversee all the retail activities of the label and building relationships with the key record store chains and other mass-market retailers.
