ICTC Selects OWL Testing Software

July 6, 2010 - PRLog -- PITTSBURGH, PA – OWL Testing Software, a premier provider of affordable, web-based language testing and assessment systems, is proud to announce that the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) has selected OWL Testing Software.  ICTC is a not-for-profit council, dedicated to creating a highly educated, prepared and diverse workforce, including integrating Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) into Canada's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.  ICTC will use OWL to enhance their Workshops Online, an online, e-learning tool for newcomers to Canada and their stakeholders.  

According to ICTC President Paul D. Swinwood, “In researching potential software products, we found OWL to offer exceptional flexibility and functionality with respect to creating customized questions and tests, and supporting multiple language requirements. We are excited to see what kind of opportunities OWL Testing Software can provide.”

ICTC and OWL have signed a three-year agreement to install OWL Testing Software at the Council.  The two organizations are currently collaborating to integrate OWL with ICTC’s Workshops Online.
