Proformative “Inside The Executive Suite” Series To Feature Vendare Group Chairman Robert Kavner

July 7, 2010 - PRLog -- San Jose – Proformative, The Resource for corporate finance, accounting, and treasury professionals, has announced that the next installment of its “Inside the Executive Suite” series will feature Robert Kavner, Chairman of the Board at The Vendare Group. The webinar will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2010, from 11:30am – 12:30pm Eastern Time.  

The Inside the Executive Suite interview series is designed to offer insights into the success of renowned senior executives with the goal of helping finance, treasury, and accounting professionals understand what it takes to get the keys to the Executive Suite--and not have the locks changed on them. Proformative held its highly successful inaugural Inside the Executive Suite webinar in May featuring Ken Goldman, the CFO of Fortinet. In this installment, titled “From CFO to the Board Room: Insight into the Success of a World-Class Business Leader”, Kavner will share insights into a professional career that includes becoming a CFO, CEO, and Board Chairman. He will be interviewed by Cliff Scheffel, CPA and Managing Partner of KarrScheffel, LLC, a boutique retained search firm focused on the finance professional. Scheffel will bring to the surface  pivotal career decisions,  good breaks realized, and  challenges overcome along Kavner’s path to success in acquiring the ‘keys to the Executive Suite’ and the Board Room.

He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Ticketmaster-Online, City Search, Inc., GoTo.com, Ironport Systems, Shop.com, Pandora Media, Aptera Motors, House Party, and Idealab. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from Adelphi University and attended the Advanced Management Program at Dartmouth University.
