When something has a real buzz about it such as this it usually means there is something to it, but sometimes it is hard to find the facts in amongst all the fiction.

What is even worse is there are some ridiculous statements being thrown around about subliminal audio:

1. That it is instant

2. That you don't need to take any additional action yourself; i.e. that they are entirely effortless

3. That it is possible to learn Japanese while you sleep blame Hollywood for this one

4. You can seduce a potential partner without them knowing

It's a shame there is so much incorrect information out there as if it is used correctly, for personal development purposes then it can be an amazing self help tool..

The key word here being HELP. The above crazy claims all have something in common - they claim subliminal audio will do it all for you - this couldn't be further from the truth. It is just a tool that will help you. It will help support your goals, refocus your brain and give you a thrust in the correct direction but it won't do it all on it's own.To give an actual example It will boost your self motivation but will not entirely change your opinion on something immediately, it will even help you to save money, but it won't happen right away.

It works in quite a simple way really - the subliminal statements little by little get into your subconscious mind to re-shape your patterns of thinking, and your core self beliefs. Over time the messages build up and arrange your subconscious mind to your goals and wishes and give you the best chance of succeeding.
