PhotographyCorner.com Announces the Winner of Contest Corner Challenge #75: Pretty Faces

July 16, 2010 - PRLog -- Photography Corner ( www.PhotographyCorner.com ) has announced that Neil Shapiro is the winner of the site’s latest Contest Corner Challenge, and as such has been awarded a Slik Monoipod 350 purchased from Amazon.com.  The recent challenge asked photographers to take a photograph of a "pretty face" (headshot).  PhotographyCorner.com began offering Contest Corner Challenges in July 2004, and new challenges are issued throughout the year.

With over 2/5ths of the votes from a total of 24 qualifying submissions, Neil won the recent photography challenge CCC#75: Pretty Faces with a photograph titled “Celestial.”.  This is the third Contest Corner Challenge win accomplished by Neil, and his second in a row (Neil also won Contest Corner Challenge #75: ...Bring May Flowers last month).  In addition to his three Contest Corner Challenge wins, Neil has also placed in the top 10 of the PhotographyCorner Photograph of the Year contests twice (3rd in 2007 and 8th in 2009).

Contest Corner Challenges at www.PhotographyCorner.com are issued to site members in the community’s forum and on the Corner Blog (http://www.photographycorner.com/blog).  Only Premiere Members of Photography Corner (requires a yearly or lifetime subscription) are eligible to win some of the bigger prizes, but all members of the site are always invited to submit photographs to the contest, and all have a chance to wins prizes in each contest.  Everyone is invited to participate in the week-long voting window to vote on contest winners and discuss submissions after they have all been received.
