About the British Fireworks Championship
The British Fireworks Championship takes place over the waters of Plymouth Sound and The Hoe on 10 and 11 August. Attracting the very best of the country’s firework display teams, the event is renowned for its spectacular performances. Each night these start at around 9.30pm, just as darkness descends. During the event a variety of other entertainment is also available, including a traditional fairground on the Hoe.  

About Plymouth
In addition to the amazing spectacle of the Fireworks Championships, Plymouth has a host of other attractions to see.  The Hoe is an historic scenic viewpoint where you can enjoy the amazing views across the Bay.
