Author Rubin, internationally known for her innovative and inventive approach to personal transformation, has taught workshops for many years on the subject of her book.  Her professional theater career includes work in New York and Los Angeles.  For 14 years, she served as actor, and education and public relations director, for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Since 1986 she has participated in Jean Houston's world-wide multicultural workshops as Houston’s principal associate as well as with Houston’s U.S. based Mystery School and Human Capacities Program workshops. Rubin holds a BA from the University of Texas, Austin, in Theater.
