Prime Mortgage Opens New Branch in Burlington

July 26, 2010 - PRLog -- (Apex, NC) —John Rodgers, president and owner of Prime Mortgage Lending, has announced that the company has now opened a new branch in Burlington, NC.  Prime Mortgage Lending, Inc. is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The new branch will serve primarily for Alamance, Chatham, Caswell, Guilford and Orange Counties.
   
The new branch offers several in-house lenders and many sources for lending to assist customers with purchases, refinancing, mortgages, loans and other mortgaging needs. As a correspondent lender and a broker to several companies, the goal of Prime Mortgage is to provide a wide range of mortgage options to clients in a professional manner with quality and integrity.

The Burlington branch will be managed by Frankie Garton, who brings to the business ten years experience in the mortgage industry. Coming from his home town in San Jose, California, Garton has resided in North Carolina for the past 26 years. Garton has a B.A. from Greensboro College and a Masters from Duke University, Garton has worked the past seven years as senior loan officer with a major mortgage broker in Burlington.

In addition to his business accomplishment, Garton is also an ordained minister and a commercial and airline transport pilot.   He is also member of the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce.  

The new branch will also be served by Senior Loan Officer. Kimberly Garton.  She will work with clients in all aspects of the loan origination process, from application to closing. She will also be assisting with the new marketing, advertising and promotions for the branch. Kimberly Garton brings eight years experience in the industry and previous employment with a major mortgage broker in Burlington. She is a NC licensed loan officer, holds a NC Real Estate Brokers license, and is a member of the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce.
