WedgeWelly To Appear On Dragon’s Den Monday 9th August 2010 - 9pm - BBC 2

Aug. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- The ladies footwear brand, WedgeWelly Ltd, was borne out of frustration from the lack of practical yet fashionable Wellies available for girls to wear at music festivals.  As they planned their trip to V Festival in 2008 – the three friends (now WedgeWelly Directors) Sarah Longthorn (a.ka. The Wise One), Mike Longthorn (a.k.a. The Money Maker) and Laura Booth (a.k.a. The Creative One) came up with a unique Wellington boot design that incorporates a 2.5 inch wedge and follows the latest catwalk trends for surface prints.  
After successfully gaining Design Registrations and a Trademark from the Intellectual Property Office, WedgeWelly boots were made available for all fashion conscious festival goers to buy later that year.
