Chocolate Belles Announces Their Fall 2010 Cake Decorating And Candy Making Classes

Aug. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- The Chocolate Belles, a candy making and cake decorating supplies store is pleased to announce the schedule of their upcoming classes that will take place during the months of September, October, November and December.

Many of the classes are focused on the upcoming Holiday season- Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, as well as on every day cake decorating and candy making techniques.

The fall of 2010 classes at Chocolate Belles include:

Holiday Candy Class
This class will be offered starting on October 20, 2010. During the class students will learn how to make candy for the upcoming Holidays. The class will take place once a a week for three consecutive weeks.

Embellished Apple Making Class
During this class student will learn how to make gourmet chocolate covered apples. Embellished with caramel, nuts, mini chips etc. The Embellished Apple Making Class is scheduled for October 25, 2010.

Introduction To Decorating in Fondant
Learn the basics of covering and decorating your cake in fondant. During this class you will also learn how to make fondant flowers and much more.  The Introduction to Decorating in Fondant class is scheduled to begin on November 2 of 2010.

Gum Paste Flowers Class
Learn to make the rose, apple blossom, violet, forget-me-not, and other gum paste flowers. Assemble them into a beautiful corsage. This class is scheduled to begin on December 1 of 2010.

Mommy and Me Gingerbread House Class
Create a beautiful gingerbread house with us! A great way for you and your child to have fun together with out the mess at home. This class is scheduled for December 22, 2010.
