Nocatee to Open Two New Communities with homes from $175,000

Aug. 11, 2010 - PRLog -- Ponte Vedra, FL – On May 13, 2010 the PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, has announced that development has started on two Nocatee communities, Greenleaf Village and Highland Lakes.  Homes will be offered by five of Northeast Florida’s finest builders, with prices starting at $175,000.
