Past Life Regression Provides Answers to Life's Questions

So just where do these answers reside and how are they accessed? In addition, there is a great deal of information available from what is known as the higher self."

The 'higher self' is a phrase that may be used sparingly, since many people are not sure exactly what it means. "Many times when I get to the question and answer portion of a session with a client, I find that their spirit guides come forward to answer their questions, " Johnson continues. "Other times the answers come from others who are available to help guide my client through their life, although many people are not aware that they have this type of assistance available to them."

Quite often when people go to see a psychic they are told about their guides and helpers and sometimes are told about their previous lifetimes. It's a completely different experience for someone to actually experience their past lives for themselves, and find themselves carrying on a conversation with their spirit guides and spirit masters (a term used by Dr. Brian Weiss, who is known as the foremost authority on Past Life  Regression today).

"Many of my cleints discover that it is possible for them to channel their guides and masters when they come in for a Past Life session. This is generally how their questions are answered with my clients, " commented Johnson. The Past Life experience serves as a deepening process, allowing the client to move into a very deep state so that they can connect with their guides and masters.

You might wonder how this can be verified, how do they know it is their guide speaking with them, and they are not just making it up? Well, in this situation, people tend to speak of themselves in the third person, sometimes even calling themselves by their first name. For example a client may say 'Many times Mary will not know that she is creating her own problems herself until it is too late' or 'She needs to learn to listen to us, in order to move forward in her life.' This type of conversation is not normally how someone speaks, so it  provides an indication that their guides or masters are likely speaking through them.

The spirit guides and masters have knowledge of everything that has ever happened to the client, in their current life as well as in all their past lifetimes, so they are in a unique position to be able to answer questions related to what may be affecting a person in a non-beneficial way, even if it comes from a provious lifetime.

The results of sessions such as these can be life altering. It is not uncommon for people to reach a level of understanding that they could never have achieved without the insights from those around them, who assist them every day of their lives, in both this and all their previous lifetimes.
