Correia Joins Partner Engineering in San Diego Office

Aug. 20, 2010 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Veteran environmental consultant Eric Correia has joined Partner Engineering and Science as a project manager in the firm’s San Diego office, announced company President Joseph Derhake, PE.
    With a decade of experience in commercial due diligence consulting, Correia has performed Property Condition Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and construction Progress Monitoring on a wide variety of projects throughout the United States. Correia is certified by OSHA, EPA and HUD.
    “Eric brings to Partner tremendous experience in the multi-faceted aspects of environmental due diligence,” says Derhake.  “He has a sound knowledge of approaches to identifying,  evaluating and solving environmental as well as engineering conditions and risks on all types of projects.”
    He has completed projects under multiple programs and guidelines including; ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD-MAP, HUD Mark to Market and client specific guidelines.
Correia will work with Partner’s growing San Diego client base of law firms, financial institutions and real estate companies in regard to the acquisition, disposition and financing of mobile home parks, multi-family complexes, skilled nursing / assisted living facilities, low and high rise commercial buildings, retail properties, hotels, and industrial facilities.  Correia comes to Partner from San Diego-based BC Group, LLC, a privately held environmental consulting firm.  Previously, he was quality control manager for Project Resources, Inc., a national engineering and environmental consulting firm headquartered in San Diego.
    Correia graduated with a BS in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
