AnaSpec Introduces the release of Mant-ATP and Mant-GTP

AnaSpec is pleased to announce the release of Mant-ATP and Mant-GTP

Aug. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Mant-ATP and Mant-GTP are the fluorescent analogs of ATP and GTP where either the ribose 2’-hydroxy or the 3’-hydroxy group is esterified by the fluorescent methylisatoic acid (Figure 1). The fluorescence quantum yield of Mant fluorophore is 0.2 in water, which increases significantly in nonpolar solvents or upon binding to most proteins. The highly environmentally sensitive fluorescence of Mant makes Mant-ATP and Mant-GTP useful probes for directly detecting nucleotide-protein interactions at Ex/Em=355/448 nm.

With >95% purity, AnaSpec’s Mant-ATP and Mant-GTP offer cost-effective value without compromising performance.
