Madison Apartment Group Selects Property Solutions for Websites and Payment Processing

Madison, managing approximately 24,000 units, switched from its own proprietary software to Property Solutions suite of payment and portal products. The switch allowed Madison  to integrate website information and payments with its existing property management software and provide its residents with portals to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online while also automatically updating information on property websites.

Property Solutions' integration allows properties to offer real-time unit availability on their websites as well as integrating online guest cards with property management software.
