The series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier  plant is designed for the following application:
I. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil
II. Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration
III. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation transformer .  
IV. It is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

As a special equipment for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kinds of insulating oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers etc. It is designed on vacuum drying principle, coalescence and separation technique, accurate fine filtration and other Zhongnengs’patented technique.

Characters:
1) Double-stage, high vacuum pressure and high flow rate that help remove water, air, gases, solid particulates and other impurities from oil quickly and efficiently so as to improve the breakdown voltage of oil and maintain its insulating property.
2) Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that use large area three-dimension flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil, such as water, air and gases.
3) Precise fine multi-stage filtration helps remove mechanical impurities in oil, high quality filter elements is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength and wear resistance.

The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001
