Nam Hai resort in Hoi An, Vietnam up for sale

Sept. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- The award winning Nam Hai Resort located on China Beach in Hoi An, Vietnam is up for sale.

Owners Indochina Land are initially offering a sixty percent ownership stake whilst it is also reported that they will consider selling the whole resort.

The Nam Hai, which opened in 2006, has sixty private one bedroom pool villas and forty hotel managed residential villas.

The resort is currently managed by boutique chain General Hotel Management Ltd. [GHM]. It boasts two fine dining restaurants and three beach front swimming pools. The Colin Montgomerie designed 18 hole golf course, the Montgomerie Links, is located nearby and is also owned by Indochina Land.

The Nam Hai was designed by Jaya Ibrahim and Bill Bensley and won the Quality Award from Leading Hotels of the World in December 2009.
