$72,000 to $49,000 if family and

People with personal properties receive the following

- Bank deposits up to $1,900
- Buildings materials up to $1,900
- Motor vehicles up to $1,900

And any other assets that go up to $4,800. System 1 also allows all types of insurances, pension plans and official benefits like health aid and compensations. It as well covers earnings of a minimum of 75%.

The second system of California bankruptcy is completely differently from the system 1 as it differs in the exemptions offered.
