Sept. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- The World Cup bid should spark renewed interest in Spanish property, with low prices expected to attract many new buyers.

The bid has been followed by an inspection of FIFA delegates to ensure both countries meet FIFA’S strict requirements.

Harold Mayne-Nicholls, head of the FIFA inspection commented; "Our report is going to be very positive because we have observed that they have a great sport, hotel and transport infrastructure, as well as a strong support from their political and sports authorities."

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the current low prices and buy before World Cup fever takes hold when prices are expected to rise should contact Ocean Villas Group for further information.

Ocean Villas Group have a large number of distressed Spanish properties for sale and many have 100% finance available.
