Southern Homes Awards 4 Day, 3 Night Cruise to Polk County Resident

Oct. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- Polk County resident Pat Lynch was selected as the grand prize winner in Southern Homes’ latest Cruise Drawing.

Lynch entered the free drawing during the First Friday: The Art of Better Living event held in Downtown Lakeland on October 1st. As the winner, she received a 4 day, 3 night cruise for two to the destination of her choice. Lynch, a resident of Auburndale, will be accompanied by a long-time friend (& neighbor) but remains undecided on where to go.

“I couldn’t believe it! I was surprised,” remarked Lynch. “It’s a fantastic prize. I love cruising. I have 6 grand daughters that would love to go with me but I’m taking a friend from my community. I‘m just amazed!”

As a regular participant in the Downtown Lakeland Partnership’s First Friday events, Southern Homes often engages attendees with a variety of helpful information, tips and exciting giveaways as a way of saying “thank you” for Polk County’s continued support.
