Several serious and detailed questions remain unanswered, that consumers need to pay close attention to, before FINAL acceptance of this offer ???

Chinese or Tainted and Corrosive drywall, installed in structures as early as 2000 and as late as 2008, are now just learning the initial preliminary truth and cost associated with correcting the problem, health risks, insurance coverage issues, legal ramifications, and how to fund or pay for corrective repairs and relocation cost during the re-construction or corrective repairs and treatment. Consumer's have turned to our Government Agencies and Legal System for answers and guidance ... finding little ... consistent information or detailed guidelines that can be applied, interpreted, followed, or initiated, with-out further clarifications and explanations. Confused Consumers are turning to so called Professionals, claiming to have all the answers, treatment systems, treatment protocols, confirmed laboratory testing, treatment applications, magic powers, and even super-hero names. Now WHO should the Consumer TRUST to avoid being victimized again ??? Think about it ??? All the Government Agencies and Legal System has provide are guidelines, openly stated as being INTERIM GUIDELINES or JUDGE FALLON GUIDELINES and clearly open for numerous interpretations and opinions ... Just what any Developer, Contractor, Engineer, Environmental Consultant, Testing Lab, and even the Original Manufacturer, not to mention numerous other people or groups need to convince YOU their opinion, protocol, product, treatment, and testing method is the right or only ... answer. Consumers need to know, there are no Chinese or Tainted and Corrosive Drywall college degrees, college classes, or certifications APPROVED by ASTM, OSHA, EPA, HUD, CDC, or any other accredited state licensed college or licensed educational institution. Any Group promoting DEFECTIVE TREATMENT certifications, or DEFECTIVE TESTING certifications, XRF Certifications, and classes promoting these certifications to diagnose, abate, and treat ... Tainted Corrosive Drywall Issues ... has NO CREDIBILITY ... simply stated ... the mere fact they are using the term DEFECTIVE confirms their lack of knowledge and expertise ... ASTM 1396 / C 1396M section 4.1 ... clearly confirms and validates the gypsum or sheet-rock boards meet the Manufacturing Guidelines and therefore are NOT DEFECTIVE. Clearly ... this is why the CPSC, OSHA, EPA, HUD, or any other Government Agency has NOT ... TO-DATE ... issues a RE-CALL on the product. Again ... simply stated ... the product is NOT DEFECTIVE ... Yes ... Tainted and Corrosive ... but ... NOT DEFECTIVE !!! How long does the treatment take ??? How do you confirm the treatment was successful ??? Who guarantees the treatment ??? What type guarantee comes with the treatment application ??? What licenses are required for the treatment ??? Is the treatment product registered for use in your state ??? What is the products approved or registered application for ??? How long does the treatment take to be effective ??? How many applications has the company performed ??? Can we talk with your last (20) twenty treatment customers ??? What insurance does the Treatment Company carry ??? I think you are starting to understand the problems and questions I'm discussing, that Consumers need answers or specific guidance on, prior to starting or signing any CORRECTIVE PROCESS that omits TREATMENT SYSTEM GUIDELINES. Consumers need to do their homework and understand ...
