TalkTalk Technology chooses Ascade’s Carrier Cockpit Solution

STOCKHOLM, Sweden (October 20, 2010) – Ascade, the global market-leader in advanced Routing & Trading, Billing and Quality solutions for the Interconnect market,  today announced that TalkTalk Technology has selected its Carrier Cockpit™ Solution to optimize the routing of its international voice traffic processes.

TalkTalk Technology is one of the UK’s largest telecom network operators and a Next Generation Network leader. It is part of TalkTalk Telecom Group plc which has over 4 million home phone and broadband customers signed under the TalkTalk, and AOL Broadband brands. It also serves over 160,000 business customers and 500 business resellers principally under the Opal brand.

Once operational, Carrier Cockpit™ will provide TalkTalk Technology with a fully integrated application to manage their international voice traffic routing on its advanced Next Generation Switch environment.
