Oct. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- Minn 2nd Congressional District Candidate Shelley Madore released her 35 Cent Tour video ad today. http://www.35CentTour.com

Shelley Madore's 35 Cent Tour calls attention to incumbent Representative John Kline’s “no pork” ideology, which might be perceived as protecting our tax dollars from being wasted.

In reality, Mr. Kline has refused to request Federal tax dollars for important community projects, even when asked by our trusted county, city and school leaders. What does that mean for the tax payer in our district? For every Federal tax dollar paid in our district, only 35 cents is spent here in our community. At the same time, John Kline voted for the bill that included the 'Bridge to Nowhere' in Alaska, among many other bills that included earmarks for other states.

Other Minnesota districts receive 77 cents, Wisconsin 86 cents, Iowa $1.10, South Dakota $1.53 and North Dakota $1.68.
