Atlanta Restaurant Brokers Sell Buckhead Pizza Buford Restaurant

Nov. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Atlanta restaurant broker Eric Gagnon from We Sell Restaurants and has sold the Buckhead Pizza  restaurant where it all started in Buford, Georgia.  The restaurant near the Mall of Georgia was sold to C & C Family Corporation headed by Penny and Brian Collins.  The original concept developers will remain closely involved in the store as it continues to operate under a licensing agreement using the same recipes and standards for service.  Restaurant brokerage firm We Sell Restaurants assisted in reaching agreement on terms so that all Buckhead Pizza locations will offer consistency in service and offerings among all the Atlanta restaurants.

Buckhead Pizza Company was created to fill a need in the Atlanta area for high quality pizza presented in a sophisticated environment with attentive and knowledgeable service.  They offer thin crust pizzas in a regular or whole wheat dough and round out the menu with a selection of flat breads, appetizers, salads and entrees. They also offer full bars with flat screen televisions and outdoor bars and dining areas.  Several of their stores feature a garage style door to service the patio from the inside to the outside.

The concept was founded by a 20-year veteran of the Atlanta pizza market who partnered with others in the industry.

Restaurant broker Eric Gagnon worked with another Georgia Association of Business Broker member on the transaction to sell the restaurant.  He said this of the sale, "One important element of the GABB or Georgia Association of Business Brokers is to foster co-brokerage between members.  It's critical to expose a listing to many more buyers than any single broker could accomplish.  In this transaction,  the listing was entered into the Business Multiple Listing Service and presented to another broker's client.  Together we then sold the listing."

The Buford/Mall of Georgia store is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. On Friday and Saturday, they are open from 11:00 am to 1:00 am.
