Maersk Distribution select Mitrefinch Time and Attendance to better manage their workforce

Nov. 4, 2010 - PRLog -- Mitrefinch Canada will provide the latest release of their award winning Employee Time and Attendance software, with implementation to commence in Spring 2011. This new version has been developed for Microsoft's Silverlight technology, and will provide Maersk with a complete web-based workforce management solution.

Utilising custom ID badges to clock in/out, Maersk staff will register attendance via Mitrefinch’s contactless proximity clocking terminals, while Mitrefinch’s web-based Supervisor and Employee Self Service module will allow Maersk staff to manage their own time and attendance data in a controlled, accessible and efficient way, via their PC or mobile device.

Commenting on the new Mitrefinch software release, James Neary, Product Manager for Mitrefinch TMS advised, "The flexibility of Silverlight ensures that the Mitrefinch application can run on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome and on both Macs and PCs. This will provide Maersk and other Mitrefinch clients with greater scalability for future use”.
