If a claim was never received, never paid, or is not on file, the claim will be resubmitted to the insurance carrier. Follow-up will be performed per claim status. Claims requiring medical records will have the records attached to it and resubmitted. All claims sent to the insurance carriers during the re-bill project will be sent directly to the claims manager.
