Holland graduated from University of the South, Sewanee, with a B.A. in Honors English, has his Real Estate License in Colorado, Texas and Oregon and has a Certified Commercial Investment License.  Formerly from Austin, TX, Holland has been in Colorado since 2001, and has since gained experience with different real estate services throughout the state. He has worked for Intrawest, Colorado Mountain Commercial and Pearl Media as the Director of Real Estate.  While in Denver, Holland worked with Pathfinder Investments Land Office as the Real Estate Portfolio Manager for five years, which provided him with solid expertise in residential properties, commercial buildings, property management, land, development and sales, and acquisitions.
