McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP Welcomes 12 Recent Law School Graduates

Nov. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- WASHINGTON — Twelve recent law school graduates are being welcomed to McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) as the firm’s newest associates in its Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles and Washington, DC offices.  This fall’s class of new associates–whose bar admissions are pending–will join the 475 attorneys and public policy advisors who currently practice or advise at MLA.

The recent additions and their practice groups are as follows:

In Atlanta:
Ryan Boyd received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A., with high distinction from the University of Virginia.  He will practice primarily in MLA’s Corporate practice.

Jason Esteves received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Miami.  He will be working in the firm’s Litigation practice and will focus on commercial litigation and class action defense.

Chris Hart received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.B.A., summa cum laude from the University of Georgia.  He will be working in the firm’s Real Estate practice.

Alison Musto received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.  She will primarily practice in MLA’s Corporate practice.

Laurice Rutledge received her received her J.D. from Georgia State University and a B.A. in Public Policy, cum laude, from the College of William and Mary.  She joins the firm as a litigation associate on MLA’s Health Care team.

In Denver:
Kathleen Kramer received her J.D. from The University of Colorado Law School and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  She will be working in the Litigation practice.

Kelly Peterson received her J.D. from The University of Denver Sturm College of Law and B.A. and B.S. in Finance from The University of Denver.  She will focus her practice on all aspects of government contracts law.

In Los Angeles:
Andrea Fontana received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.  Andrea also has a Master of Laws degree with honors in International Law with International Relations from the University of Kent at Brussels.  She will work as an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts practice.

Karen Hallock received her J.D. with honors from Southwestern University School of Law and B.A. in History from the University of California at Los Angeles.  Karen also has a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Theater from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.  She will be working in the firm’s general commercial litigation practice.

Agustin Orozco received his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at San Diego.  He will be working in the firm’s Government Contracts practice.

In Washington, DC:
Kevin Barnett received his J.D. cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law and B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University.  He will be working as an associate in the Government Contracts practice.

John Sorrenti received his J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School and B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.  He will work as an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts practice.
