Nov. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Redmond, WA - 11/23/2010 – Releasing in beta version today, a major development in the personal development industry will begin to occur.  TrafficJam University co-founders Kenneth Ray and Courtland Warren joined forces to create a revolutionary Facebook App that will lower the barrier for people to get moving in their lives. Launching in mid-November 2010, the DreamTool™ will begin life as a free Facebook application and continue to evolve from there. Inspired by the need for people to be able to "cut through the noise" and get moving on their dreams, developing DreamTool™ has been an exciting process thus far.
