N.T. Ruddock Opens New Warehouse Location

Aug. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- The N.T. Ruddock Company is pleased to announce the opening of a new warehouse!

The new warehouse will be located just down the road from the corporate headquarters at:
595 Golden Oak Pkwy
Cleveland, OH 44146

This new location will be supporting our Garnet sales in the Midwest. Having a new warehouse will shorten our ship time for parts to the blasting industry. This new warehouse helps us to respond faster to the changing conditions in the markets we serve; Waterjet, Foundries, Fabrication, Automotive, Aerospace, Machine Tool, Forging, Medical, and more. In addition to Garnet, this new location  will stock: Glass Beads, Steel Shot, Aluminum Oxide, StarBlast, Walnut Shells, Corn Cob, and Abrasive Parts.

We have additional warehouses across the Eastern side of the country.  These warehouses allow for faster distribution to our customers regarless of the state in which they are located.

The N. T. Ruddock Co. was started in 1950, by Neil Ruddock, selling steel shot and steel grit. The Company grew in the abrasive distribution market over the years to include; Glass Beads, Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, White Aluminum Oxide, Corn Cob, Walnut Shells and Garnet to name a few. One of our target markets is the foundry industry including Non Ferrous and Ferrous alloys. In support of this market we stock parts for blasting equipment both airblast and wheelblast as well as equipment for degassing. We represent Alcan and Alcoa on primary ingot. The N.T. Ruddock Co. supports our foundry customers with Aluminum and Copper Master Alloys. This is a needed marriage as our alloys help foundries meet or exceed specification’s on; porosity, machining, heat treating, elongation, tensile strengths, hardness and modification.
