Lessons in Strategic Thinking: How to Lead Your Organization to Greater Success and Effectiveness

California Miramar University business professor Doyle Young will present, Lessons in Strategic Thinking: How to Lead Your Organization to Greater Success and Effectiveness, at the upcoming Rancho Bernardo Business Association Brown Bag Lunch. The one-hour program will be held Monday, Nov. 29, at the Rancho Bernardo Swim and Tennis Club, 16955 Bernardo Oaks Drive in Room Club 21. Start time is noon sharp.

Young will share his knowledge gained as CEO of two successful start-up companies, the CEO of the nation’s largest human resources chapter and President of a $200 million publishing and broadcast media company.  His work has been recognized by Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan Business School and the Wall Street Journal, and he is a frequent contributor to various business publications, including Covey Executive Excellence and Personnel News and writes a nationally syndicated column on workforce development topics read by 2.5 million subscribers in over 25 cities.

Young is co-author of, "The Ever-Changing Organization: Creating the Capacity for Continuous Change, Learning and Improvement” and author of "Crossing the Execution Chasm".

The program is free for members, $10 for nonmembers. Reservations are required by noon Friday, Nov. 27 by sending an email to pollyrix@gmail.com. Guests are welcome to bring their lunch and a soft drink.
