Dec. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- Allstate agency owner Artur Goncalves was recently named an Agent Hero by Allstate Insurance Company’s New York Region, and awarded a $500 grant for a local youth program.

Goncalves donated the grant to the Sayville Little League, which uses the baseball field as a classroom for their players, to instill discipline, teamwork and sportsmanship, and to establish a set of values to guide them into adulthood.

“As an Allstate agent, I believe it is my responsibility to demonstrate the Good Hands Promise in the Sayville community every single day,” said Goncalves, whose office is located at 299 Raft Avenue. “It is an honor to be able to donate this grant to the Little League and hopefully touch the lives of the kids who are involved.”
