However, Google, an increasingly-competitive rival of the Cupertino, Calif. iPhone maker headed the list, along with Motorola, HTC and Samsung. All are developing products using Android software, the most well-known rivals to Apple's iOS.
     Adobe's most recent comments regarding Apple were, to use Narayen's language, rather 'muted' compared to earlier statements. At the height of the spat with Apple, Adobe Platform Evangelist Lee Brimlow wrote Apple desired 'tyrannical control' over developers and looked at developers as 'pawns'. He ended his blog post (later edited apparently under Adobe edict) this way: 'Go screw yourself Apple.'
