Bank Offers Half Price Property at Polaris World Resorts Spain

Dec. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- One of Spain's leading regional banks is offering half price property on the Polaris World resorts in Spain. The prices now on offer at Hacienda Riquelme resort are 51% below the prices on offer in 2008. At Condado de Alhama the bank has slashed prices to just €78,600.

All properties are offered with 90% mortgages. The resorts are complete and offer stunning par 72 golf courses for residents to enjoy. Hacienda Riquelme resort recently hosted the Spanish Pro Championship and Condado de Alhama offers one of only three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses in Spain.

Property sales volumes in Spain have shown a 13% rise over the last 12 months and the bank repossession deals on offer have led to a rise in early stage investors taking the opportunity of picking up bargains at rock bottom prices with favourable mortgage deals.

Most of the mortgages now on offer from the banks are at interest rates of Euribor +1% giving a mortgage rate now of around 2.5% per annum.

Developer Polaris World recently slashed prices on their frontline golf penthouses at Terrazas de la Torre resort to just €96,000 with up to 95% mortgages available. Banking consortium IRM are offering spacious, luxury apartments at the Mar Menor resort staring from €159,000 with up to 100% mortgages for overseas buyers.
