Solomon Colors Appoints John Ciente As New Technical Manager

We continue that legacy with the recent appointment of long-time expert in the pigment and chemical industry, John Ciente, as our Technical Manager. Mr. Ciente’s experience as a Certified Quality Arbiter as well as his background in Chemical Engineering provide a unique set of skills – combining knowledge of the variables of pigment usage with the proficiency of maintaining superior quality control of pigments for concrete products.

This is a new position in the company, emphasizing the critical importance of quality assurance and listening to customer’s needs. Mr. Ciente’s role will encompass research and development, process improvement, production and quality procedures, and a new focus on continuous quality improvement. He will provide these services to all of the company’s business units, including Concrete Products, Ready Mix, and Brickform Decorative Products, ensuring the tradition of reliability, quality, and innovation continues at Solomon Colors.
