Best Roofing’s Commitment to Community

Dec. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- At Best Roofing, we always strive to be involved in our community, from helping local charities to participating in community events. This past Wednesday, December 8th, the Best Roofing team participated in The City of Boca Holiday Parade.

The Amphitheater at Mizner Park, now owned by The City of Boca Raton, was the backdrop for this festive event, which featured a tree lighting, fireworks display and a carnival. There was something for every attendee, with train rides for the kids, a big slide, plenty of games and even snow! Emily Lilly, parade coordinator and member of Community Resources & Affairs for the City of Boca Raton Recreation Services, said, “This year’s Parade was greatly enhanced by the participation of Best Roofing. The ‘holiday-red’ antique Fire Truck was a real hit with the audience and all the parade participants.  It was neat to see people (including me!) gather around the truck for a closer look.   We look forward to having Best Roofing join us for many future Boca Raton parades”. Music was provided by Boca Raton Community High School, led by Director of Bands Laura Beard, and special guests Allen West and the mayor, Susan Whelchel, also made appearances.
