Wine.com extends standard shipping through Monday December 20th for December 24th delivery

Wine.com, the #1 online wine retailer, today extended this year’s holiday standard shipping cutoff dates to end at midnight on Monday, December 20th for delivery by Friday, December 24th*. After this deadline, orders can still be placed using expedited shipping until Thursday, December 23rd by 1pm in the selected shipping state for delivery by Friday, December 24th.

For members of its Steward-Ship™ program, who receive unlimited shipping for a full year for a $49 annual fee, orders placed by midnight on Wednesday, December 22nd will ship free of charge with delivery by Friday, December 24th.  For more information on the Steward-Ship program, visit www.wine.com/stewardship

For delivery by Dec. 24th, the following deadlines apply:
Dec 20: Order by midnight for Standard Shipping
Dec 22: Steward-Ship members order by midnight to ship free of charge, including Rush Delivery
Dec 23: Order by 1pm local time in the state you’re shipping to
Dec 24: Send gift cards and wine club membership email notifications

Wine.com offers date-specific shipping options including Saturday and evening delivery to most residential addresses. Customers are able to schedule a convenient time for delivery since adult signatures are required for alcohol shipments.

* Wine.com will make the first delivery attempt by December 24th. An adult signature is required for delivery of wine.  Shipping carriers will make up to three delivery attempts.  All shipping deadlines apply to in-stock items only. Deadlines do not apply to corporate orders.
