Just a quick note to say thank you all for your orders and loyalty during 2010 it has been a bumper year for Bracknell Lamps and we hope that you all have a nice Christmas and New Year.

There is still time to get your projector lamps shipped before Christmas and the New Year.

Our Christmas hours will be as follows – the website will continue to take orders on line but orders will ship on the next available business day – so get your orders online asap

24th December - Order cut-off will be 12pm UK time, last DHL collection will be 1pm UK time and the UK Office & Hub are expected to close around 3pm
27th December - UK Office and Hub closed
28th December - UK Office and Hub closed
29th December - Hours as normal
30th December - Hours as normal
31st December - Order cut-off will be 12pm UK time, last DHL collection will be 1pm UK time and the UK Office & Hub are expected to close around 3pm
3rd January - UK Office and Hub closed
4th January onwards - back to normal
There has been some disruption caused by the snow and we hope that this has not been a problem – DHL have tried their best and will continue to fight the elemnts to get your deliveries to you as swiftly as possible – they do send us tracking numbers so if you delivery is not on time please do call or email and we will get your order tracked – in the future we will be tring to automate the passing of these tracking numbers on to you with your order details.

VAT Increases
Pleas enote that as from 4th jan 2011 the VAT rate is going up to 20% and we will have to pass this on to you - so if you have a projector and you know that the lamp will be reaching it’s time limit/end of life you may want to consider getting a replacement on order this year. Although if you are not able to order this year Bracknell lamps will continue to offer you the best possible lamp prices next year – with free next day UK delivery with DHL

Features & feedback

One feature we are starting to populate is the manuals area: http://www.bracknelllamps.com/projector-manuals from this section of the site you can download FOR FREE the manual for your projector, if it is in our library. This is at the very early stages at present and there are only a few manuals on line – but to help populate this library and give you an opportunity to save on your next order we are offering a £ 10 voucher to anyone who uploads their manual to our site – so if you have a PDF manual for your projector and want to save £ 10 off your next lamp then log in to siet today and get uploading.
