PRLog -- Hello Phys-Ed members! We are excited to announce that YES, WE ARE OPEN AND CANNOT WAIT TO WELCOME YOU IN!!! We opened our doors on Monday the 13th. Group X classes are rockin! We aim to please...so even though our Spin bikes are not in yet...are Spin Instructors are. We are doing are very best to get those bikes in ASAP. The rest of the classes on the schedule are up and running. Come on in and meet our friendly and motivating Group X Instructors. We also have Personal Trainers who are here to help you get comfortable with the facility by offering you a New Member Orientation. Please see Shirley, Debbie or Zach in the Sales Department to set up your orientation appt. Kid Kare is open and Santa is even paying the children a visit tomorrow morning! He will be riding in on a firetruck sometime around 9:30am! With the New Year approaching, let's all make a committment together to put our health first. Phys-Ed wants to help you do that. In January we will be launching the Phys-Ed University Program. Please watch for all of the exciting Programs we will be offering for Members and Non-Members. Have an idea for a Program you would like to see here? Kelly Horgan is our Programming Director and she would love to hear some feedback from you.

M - TH. 5am - 10pm
Fri. 5am - 9pm
Sat. and Sun. 6am - 3pm
Christmas Eve Hours from 5am - 5pm (CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY)

9am - 9:50am JaB w/Samantha
9am - 10am Yoga w/Dina
9am - 9:45 Spin w/Jamie (If those bikes are in..?)
