Follow on Google News | NSAFS launches Professional Manager Development ProgrammThe National Skills Academy for Financial Services has launched the Professional Manager Development Programme. A course developed for senior managers to enhance leadership skills.
The Professional Manager Development Programme is aimed at team leaders and managers who have wide responsibility in their organisations and who wish to build on their existing management skills. This programme can lead to an internationally recognised qualification and is a great platform for an MBA. A recent survey by the Institute of Directors found nearly three in five businesses were being held back by a lack of skills among existing employees and in the wider workforce, with more than a quarter of organisations finding it hard to fill vacancies because of a lack of skilled applicants with appropriate leadership skills. Developed using a variety of learning techniques; face to face tutorials, e-learning resources, peer action learning sets and written assignments managers will be able to develop their soft skills alongside their technical knowledge.
