Decanter centrifuge is worked for recovering of barite , removing of fine solids , reducing the content of solids in drilling fluids and controlling the density and viscosity , all of which can guarantee the characters of drilling fluid .

LW450X842N model decanter centrifuge is a medium speed . It’s Drum Diameters 450 mm , Drum lenght 842mm , the two figure makes the model name .  Rotary rate of drum is 1800r per minute and separation factorrs is 820 , separation point from 4 um to 7 um .  From the separation point , we can see why it is the fourth step for mud processing .  It’s capacity reachs 40 m3 per hour with motor power 22kw and auxiliary motor 7.5kw .  To some distance , it will be a large dimension of the whole machine  as 2300X1700X2000 mm size and 3000kw weight .
