Lopamudra's Monfakira was released by Indian classical vocal exponent Shubha Mudgal in Calcutta in early 2011. Monfokira is Lopamudra's second Bengali folk songs album and features 8 tracks: including ‘Sona Bande’,’Ghate Lagaiya Dinga’, ‘Pagol Hoiye Bondu’,’Ami Prem Roshika’,’Afar Belay’,’Rosher Kaliya Re’,’Bondhu Bine’, and ’Hari Din To Gelo’. Of special importance are the songs ’Ghate Lagaiya Dinga’, a composition of the great Sachin Dev Burman, and Lalan Fakir’s dehatatwa based composition ‘Ami Prem Rashika’.

Another outstanding feature of Monfakira is music arranged and designed by noted music director Indradip Dasgupta as he has used both western and Indian instruments for the album.
