Unhappy:  If you have to drag yourself into work, more in likely when you get there you are not too productive.  Being unhappy is the number one reason people look elsewhere for work. Being unhappy with your job will eventually affect your performance.  Before putting your performance at stake, it may be best that you get out.


No Growth:  If you feel that you are chasing your tail, you probably are!  Working for a company that provides no room for promotion is like trying to match the colors on a Rubik’s Cube.  It rarely happens without peeling off the sticks… If your job has turned into a dead end maybe it’s time to form your own path, right out the door.
