ADG Global Supply Supports QLD Flood Relief Appeal

Jan. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- As an Australian company, with QLD operations, clients & suppliers, ADG Global Supply has made a commitment to support those affected by the flooding. The Company has pledged $10,000 to the Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal and have also committed to supporting our dealers in affected regions with fast tracked delivery of water transfer and drainage pumps.

As a nationwide initiative, ADG Global Supply has committed to contribute 5% of all Universal Pumps sales across Australia from now until the end of February to the Premier’s Flood Relief Appeal. At this time, all Australians are keen to show their support for those affected, and by purchasing Universal Pumps, they will be doing just that.

In addition, the team at ADG Global Supply will be personally donating to the Disaster Relief Appeal, with the Company matching all pledges by ADG team members.

ADG Global Supply Managing Director, John Mancini said, “Like all Australians, we at ADG have been captivated by the sheer magnitude of this disaster. Our thoughts are with our Queensland staff, our suppliers, our customers and the community at large. Our donation, as well as the 5% contribution from pump sales will be supported by a first class priority to the needs or requirements in Queensland, including air freight costs for emergency supplies. This is the true Australian spirit."

The Company also wishes to advise that, as with many other businesses, their operations in QLD have been affected by the flooding. The Company is are asking all QLD customers to speak with their local Account Manager who will be best placed to provide further advice as the flooding unfolds within the coming forty-eight hours.
