National Dementia Council Announces New Certified Practioners Rick & Carol Williams

Jan. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Comfort Keepers of Trenton recently celebrated their third year anniversary of business in Trenton of this year. Rick and Carol Williams continually attend seminars and trainings to exceed customer expectations in the assisted living industry.

In the past they have been awarded Certified Senior Advisor certification as well as Rookie of the Year for their Comfort Keeper Franchise. In December they worked to achieve their Certified Dementia Practitioner certification.

This council was formed to promote standards of excellence in dementia education to professional and other caregivers who provide services to dementia clients. Because of the dramatic increase of Alzheimer’s cases nationally and worldwide, it is the goal of the Council to develop and encourage comprehensive standards of excellence in direct-care skills, education and sensitivity in the areas of dementia care.
