Camwood Selected By Babcock International For Windows 7 Migration

LONDON: 20 January 2011 – Camwood Limited, the UK-based specialists in application logistics, today announced that it has been awarded a 12 month contract by Babcock International Group PLC to deliver an application transformation programme, rationalising and categorising Babcock’s application portfolio in readiness of a Windows 7 platform migration. The programme will utilise Camwood’s professional services and tools, including the award-winning AppTitude application compatibility software from App-DNA.

The application transformation programme is part of a wider IT transformation programme.

Camwood CEO, Frank Foxall, said: “I am delighted that our expertise will play a big part in this Babcock project to help them prepare their application estate for a smooth transition to Windows 7.
