The history of the Chris Weaver Band is one that would be a great story if told over a few drinks and a late night. The reality is I don’t know why we found one another in this town, but we did. The truth is that our time together has been a rollercoaster of memories, some bad, but mostly good…and the true soul and back bone of this band is really just beginning to take shape.

It’s so hard in a place like Nashville to have a true “band” because a true band usually takes time to evolve. The players get better over time, you write together, fight together, and in the end…you become family.

The key to putting a band together here is work. If you can find steady gigs and write original music that brings you together, that is about the best shot you have to succeed as a group. After two and a half years of steady work and one hell of a sound, we are proud to say we have completed our first record.

We know that our history is still being written and hopefully we will get to see our dreams realized. The music business makes no sense at all, but we love our fans and firmly believe there is no better way to make a living.
