HSBCAMPS New Blog Connects Young Players of All Ages With The Pros

Jan. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Earlier this month, HSBCAMPS, America’s leader in bringing kids of all ages face-to-face with the pros, re-launched it’s website, complete with state of the art features, updates, and even something brand new.  The highlight of HSBCAMPS new “Online hub” is HSBCAMPS Blog, a channel where kids of all ages can interact with professional players, talk with coaches, watch videos, and connect with hoop fans all over the world.  There are recruiting tips, diaries, and even a specific section for young female athletes, where various members of the HSBCAMPS staff have been blogging about the women’s game at all different levels.

“It is our goal with the new blog, to create a place where camp can continue long after the final whistle,” explains Carson Sofro, HSBCAMPS Founder. “We want to utilize the technology we now have, to make sure our players and coaches stay connected year round.“  Bloggers range from Coach Tayron Thomas, an NCAA product and former Division II player of the year now playing professionally in Venezuela, to HSBCAMPS Co-Founder Keith Zalaski, an NCAA Assistant Coach at Tufts University.  Sofro is even blogging himself, providing the latest news and insight into America’s fastest growing youth basketball initiative.
